Continent location, great views, spacious room, comfy bed.

Lots of room space for me and the kids, kitchen utensils were organized and the refrigerator was awesome for our food.

The first room given had issues with the AC and we had to sleep in a hot room for 2 nights before maintenance believed us and changed the room to a good one - They assumed we did not know how to use the thermostat

The hotel was expensive.

We stayed on the sixth floor, and the ocean view was spectacular. I was disappointed that there were visible signs of neglect, as seen in photos. Plastic tabs from purchases on the carpet, cardboard from perfume under table, carpet was obviously not vacuumed in- between guest stays. The bathroom taps looked like dirty water splashes hadn’t been wiped off. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay again, but hopefully Ivet won’t be our housekeeper next time. One drawback with the indoor pool- it’s located in the actual dining room. So diners eat their meals at tables surrounded by glass panels overlooking the swimmers and loungers sitting around the pool. This may be convenient for parents to be able to watch their children while having a meal, but it’s very uncomfortable for self-conscious adults to try to swim discreetly while having people overlooking them from their dining tables or bar.

Another fantastic stay. After nearly 30 years and countless visits, this property and its people remain impeccable. There’s simply nothing not to love, especially the views!
