AVOID if with kids the family rooms have pull Out bed setti that has dips and such a thin mattress you feel every spring staff got to mattress toppers four pillows and still awful hardly any sleep all moving around beds the hotel are two cheap To get proper beds or bed setti the only thing good was the staff who work such long hours and not many there for the amount of bookings This is second time I stayed in this chain and found the same issues they should Realise we in uk we should be not overworking staff and providing cheap rooms

No option for air conditioning adjustments

Staff were especially welcoming and accommodating. Its seems that our reservation was double booked, hotel was completely sold out. Luckily, cancellation came in and staff member has ensured we have a rooms to stay. Communication was great and any questions we had were answered straight away.

Location was good. It was only a 15 minute ride to Peppa Pig world. The WestQuay shopping Centre was really good has a lot of variety of restaurants and Great shops. The breakfast was good, had a good variety. Reception staff was very friendly.

I didn’t like that the window view was literally the top roof of the building below. There was some sort of extractor fan that was very noisy on top of that Roof. I didn’t like that the sofa bed had the metal fixture showing on the side, especially with a young child three years old. He kept trying to put his foot on it to stand and hurt himself a few times. I thought that was quite dangerous. I did request for a cot too but that wasn’t provided. But in all fairness with the sofa bag out alongside the double bed, they wouldn’t have been any room for the cot.
