Great staff, location, and property. We will be back!

Good hotel

It was a good experience.

The toilet pump was broken, we noticed this when we used the toilet around 3 am. Every time we used the bathroom we had to open the tank and adjust the pump. When we went to breakfast the server ignore us for about 10 minutes, we first order my son’s breakfast and mine and late my husband came to the table order his breakfast. 15 minutes later my husband was serve. My son and I had to wait 30 minutes more and tables that order after us were served before us. We had to constantly as for stuff like salt and ketchup to the server. He never came so I had to go to the bar and get it. There was no hair drier in the bedroom had to ask for one at the lobby. Overall we will not be staying at this property in the near future.

The staff at this property was the nicest staff I have ever dealt with at a hotel and I travel a lot ! I can’t say enough good things about my stay there . They always had flavored water , home backed cookies and all kinds of tea available complimentary 24 hrs a day !

Very good

I wanted to like this hotel more than I did. The staff was nice and friendly. Our room was clean. The hotel has a fitness theme and the gym was a nice size, and had a variety of equipment. We liked the bean to brew coffee station, but all of the syrups were out. It looked like they’d been out for awhile. So while there was nothing particularly wrong with our stay, the hotel was just ok. Feels like the Even is an unnecessary IHG concept.

Clean and cozy room, friendly staff, convenient. Breakfast was limited and expensive though.

Good location for access to rest of Lakewood Ranch As 1 reviewer mentioned on a lake, but, alligator warning signs. Breakfast is available for an extra fee. Now the bad. The floor of our room was dirty, had to ask for it to be cleaned. For a facility this size there were only 2 small luggage carts available. Starting the day Before we checked out, no carts around beginning midday. Mentioned to front desk, said they didn't know where carts were. 2 luggage carts for this place! Walls thin, could hear unit next to us as well as above us. A large dog kept behind the front desk. Not.much landscape around the pool area. If we return to Lakewood Ranch we will.not return there.
