The towels are worn out and should be thrown out. You could see through my towel. The hot tub was barely hot and the jets barely work. The pool was cold. The pool and hot tub area is dated and need to be updated and cleaned. The bathroom in the pool area is rusted and gross.

The hotel itself was fine. Average place with a slightly higher than average price. I was irritated with the service. I wanted to leave a vehicle there for maybe 2-3 hours before check-in. (We had two for our trip). They finally allowed me but I called multiple times for an answer. Did not impress me, and whomever I spoke with on the phone did not seem to care much about customer service. It was enough to make me think “I won’t go there again”.

The whole hotel smelled. The rugs were dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. Tv was not good. Towels were super thin. Keys did not work well. Only good thing was older lady that was at the desk one time was asking to get keys updated was very nice. Others were rude.

The property was fine. Its location was good by stores and the freeway. The room was decent.

Pat, the woman who checked us in was not meant for customer service. It was literally the most unprofessional encounter I’ve ever had in any setting as a customer. I thought I was honestly being pranked at first. She was quite obviously annoyed to check me in and didn’t hide it. When giving my address, she sighed 3 separate times in annoyance. Then when giving my zip code, she loudly cut me off by guessing the last 3 numbers, which were wrong, so I had to correct her. She never smiled once and when I was done, my fiancé’s friend was next in line. My fiancé said “ok you’re next” to the friend and Pat said “yeahhh what she said”, again, in annoyance. The rest of the staff was great but Pat should be nowhere near customers.
