Great location, especially for seeing an event at War Memorial. Adjacent to a really nice neighborhood for walking, nice to be off a busy street and away from the really tall buildings and scene but close enough to them to visit. Felt safe.

The beds are a bit lumpy, the pillows quite lumpy, and the blanket really thin (and not thicker one; I asked). Also I couldn't figure out the hot water because it needed to be in the middle between hot and cold (no big deal that it was hooked up strangely, but a sign would help).

Great staff great location and a nice relaxing friendly place to stay.

Shower drain was blocked so dirt would float up out the drain and you would need to stand in it. It was reported on the first day of checking in but nothing was done to resolve the issue in the 3 nights / 4 days we were there. The cafe was closed so no breakfast was available but nice wee coffee shop just along the road.
