Location was great and did not eat breakfast

Pool heater was broken and pool closed. Bathroom toilet did not want to flush and rust around bathroom door frame. Drywall coming off bathroom wall as well.

"Relaxing but a bit inconvenient."

I didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast. I liked that I was able to choose from two bedrooms, I was told there was one closer to the elevator, and as a light sleeper, I politely passed on that bedroom. It’s nice to have been given the option but friendly reminder, that depends on their room availability in general if you’ll be presented with that option by the hotel clerk at the front when checking in.

The tv noise from the room across from me all afternoon/night wasn’t something I enjoyed but I understand that’s out of your control. Also, I turned on the heater to 73 degrees and it started to smell burnt-like. I immediately turned it off, opened the window, and left and returned and could only use the AC option at a certain temperature because I noticed if I raised the temperature, it started smelling burnt again... To the hotel staff: Please check your room heaters! This happened at my last stay - feel free to reach out to me.

pool and spa were freezing. That was what my family planed on spending most time in. Super disappointed.
