"My stay during snowmageden 2026"

"Horrible experience"

Horrible experience. The room had a terrible smell, and the towels were dirty with hair entangled in them, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the water temperature in the shower constantly fluctuated, making it very dangerous and uncomfortable to use. I tried multiple times to speak with a manager about these issues. I specifically asked to talk to the manager, but I was unable to reach them. The staff refused to tell me when the manager would be available to take my call, and I was eventually hung up on. Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

"What I needed after a long drive."

The breakfast was good besides the coffee. The coffee was cold but everything else was great!

The bed skirts were dirty but everything else was great! It was convenient to where we had to be for the tournament and the price was very affordable.

"It was convenient + satisfactory for the one night to visit Turkey Hill Experience, a farm + a musem"

Good location, convenient to where we were visiting. Breakfast was satisfactory to start the day.

We had 2 little grand daughters with us and planned on using the microwave + fridge which were convenient to bring food to store + heat up for lunch or dinner. We were disappointed not to have a table with chairs to use for eating. The area with the sofa bed in the king suite did not have a TV. Carpets were obviously stained + dirty...better to remove + replace with plank...

"Just ok."

The room was clean and spacious. Ample convenient parking. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was rushed. They started removing things before advertised end time. They also ran out of some items. We were not told ahead of time that there was no elevator and no one offered to help with luggage on stairs. Hallways were dirty with trash.
