Residence Inn by Marriott Boston-Franklin

Our room was comfortable and clean.

Our room was not ready at check in time, but staff was very friendly and held our luggage while we attended a concert at Foxborough. When we entered our room later that night the tub was running and would not shut off. The helpful staff moved us to an upgraded room, which also had a leaky tub faucet (it was silent so we rolled with it).

It was a little beat up, could use a facelift but the staff was fabulous. Our room furniture was tired, couldn’t turn water off completely in tub Had a constant small stream running.

Mice dr*pp**** on the bed frame at the head of the bed... Tub had running NOT DRIPPING water. The fact that the room was rented out only proves the room wasn't properly turned over. Brought this to front desk attention. It really wasn't a big deal to them, as if expected. This is unsanitary. Do better Marriott!

A reliable property from a reliable brand.

It was nice

Front counter gal was not pleasant-kind of dismissive when checking-in and check-out. No greeting or response to thank you. At check-out, I let her know the night before, we had maintenance check out our rooms toilet issues and the toilet issue was still not resolved and all she said was okay your set to go..
