The price was decent

The room smelled like cigarettes, there were only sheets no blankets, the floors were filthy, I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper because there wasn't enough for the night and no back ups, there was only upstairs units and no elevator, the beds were like a brick, they only provide 1 towel in the room, and I felt dirtier after a shower

Location is very good, and the bed is comfortable. The room was clean, and the WiFi worked well during my stay.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk after extending my reservation for an extra day. When I explained that this was why I hadn’t checked out by noon, the front desk agent was extremely rude and spoke to me in a raised, almost yelling tone. She blamed me for not answering her phone calls (I was working and couldn’t answer) and initially refused to double-check the system, even though I showed her my booking confirmation proving the extension. When she finally verified it and realized I was right, she did not apologize. I have never been treated so badly at a hotel in the U.S. This level of unprofessionalism seriously affected my stay.

Nothing! We were glad to leave. They were rude. The place was dirty and they charged us a 100. Refundable deposit, we did not know about and no breakfast. The people above us kept walking back and forth during the night, we couldn't sleep.

It is an older hotel, but with that said the room was clean, It was quiet and the location is perfect.
