"Excellent"

The reception staff are extremely warm, welcoming and professional across all shifts. The room is spacious, the linen is crisp and clean.

The AC in my room doesn't really cool the room and goes into sleep mode/off on its own. It is also a bit noisy outside in the early morning as the room was near a service stairway.

"Never again, when the comfort of the bed should be the most important factor"

Was central and well located.

The most important part of a stay should be the bed and not was terrible. Very uncomfortable and such a soft mattress that you get the sensation of sinking in the bed. Woke up with really bad back pains.

"Goed hotel met gunstige ligging"

Voor werk enkele dagen verbleven in the Cape Milner. Prima hotel met gunstige ligging. Fijne kamer voorzien van alle faciliteiten die men nodig heeft.Comfortabel bed en schone complete badkamer.Ontbijt met ruime keuze.

Vanwege de ligging aan straatkant wel wat last van verkeer 's nachts. Omdat mijn terugvlucht 's avonds laat vertrok gevraagd of ik mijn kamer tot 19.30 uur langer aan kon houden tegen betaling. In eerste instantie ging dit niet, later wel wegens een annulering. Wel tegen vol tarief ( volle nacht incl ontbijt) Omdat ze verder geen mogelijkheid bieden om nog ergens te douchen en om te kleden dit uiteindelijk geaccepteerd. Al is tevens de reden dat ik dit hotel een volgende keer niet meer zal boeken. Als je gewoon gunstig kunt vertrekken, prima hotel.

"Kann man buchen, aber für das Geld gibt es bessere Optionen"

Super Preisleistung, gute Lage.

Das Personal wer sehr Trinkgeld gesteuert. Es wurde schon penetrant von jeden Kellner aufgefordert Trinkgeld zu geben. Wenn das Trinkgeld nicht ausreichend war, wurde der Service extrem vernachlässigt. Sehr schade, da das Hotel sonst sehr schön war.

"Prettig verblijf in mooi hotel"

Grote nette kamer en kinderen sliepen in volwaardige bedden ipv de slaapbank die ik had verwacht. Grote mooie badkamer met groot bad en aparte douche. Kindjes waren verrast door hun eigen goodiebag, turn down services met chocolaatjes en kinderbadjas. Alles erg netjes en schoon. Zwembad is compact maar groter dan ik door foto had verwacht. Fijn terras rondom. Goed onderhouden complex en aardig personeel. Zeer behulpzaam met regelen van taxi's e.d. uitgebreid ontbijt. Buurt is prima, net om de hoek restaurants en bars, loopafstand zonder geluidsoverlast.
