The staff. Everyone I encountered from front desk to housekeeping to the lobby bar/lounge were exceptional.

It did get noisy with outside noise. Loud banging like giant dumpsters banging around. But not at night. Nothing can be done about that. It's the city.

The raceway in front of our room was awful. Hated the continued raving of the car, motorcycles,etc.

You have get off the parking garage and come to into the building to get to the hotel rooms.
