The location was perfect, and the breakfast was very nice.

The refrigerator was inoperable the first night upon check in. I had to get rid of food that I intended to use the next day. The problem was corrected the next day, but it was too late. The curtains were ripped. The elevators were inoperable for a period of time.

Reserved the room for 2 nights because of a plumbing issue. We didn't spend a lot of time there - needed it primarily for batching. The bathroom light didn't always work. The toilet was not bolted down very well. My brother got stuck in the elevator for 30-45 minutes Saturday night. The fire department had to rescue him. the assistant manager I spoke to was apologetic but offered nothing - no discount, no refund. The only thing she said was that they were getting ready to renovate.

Booked a two night stay here for a quick family trip. There was an extremely rude front desk attendant who called was prejudice and even called the police to have me and my family escorted off the property for expressing our grievances. The rooms are dated and have an unpleasant odor as well. Wouldn’t recommend!

The staff was very accommodating

The elevators were dirty , the rooms were old .. the bathtub in particular was pretty gross , the closet door couldn’t open because of the carpet . The AC didn’t operate very well
