Wonderful and pleasant

Nothing wrong very nice.

Honestly nothing.

The entire stay from pulling up to checking out the day before I was supposed to. The room was creepy and unfinished. There were people that kept standing outside my room when the curtains were open. The microwave was missing the glass plate to put things on to cook. The tub didnt have the stopper on it for baths. And the water didnt get hot. The towels were dirty so I had to buy my own.

Nothing at all thought they were rude the rooms were dirty there was no toilet paper on our second day there they told us that they didn't have to come in and clean the room and give his toilet paper or give us clean linen

I didn't like anything about it I thought the people were rude No not , And I have a lot more pictures of the hotel room. If you want them I will send them to you but I only sent you the four of them that it would let me send I would like for my money to be put back in my account and if not I'm calling the health department in Yakima

Honestly the price was the only positive. The employee working the front desk was ok. He explained everything and completed the transaction but wasn't very personable.

Parking is minimal. No toiletries. Room was lightly cleaned. It was dirty! Bathroom sink and floor dirty.

The checkin person was very rude. Upon entering the light fixtures not working, AC propped with dirty towel, there is cigarette ash throughout the room including drawers, toilet if full of pee stain, sheets were not changed and visibly soiled, pillows with strong smell of body odor, drug paraphernalia under the mattress. There are people inside cars in the parking lot. Does nit feel safe. this place is completely unsanitary.

Horrible and the place looks nothing like the photos. had booked for 3 nights but left after first night and was not able to get refunded for the last 2 nights. I will dispute the last 2 nights with my bank.

Poorly maintained. Dirty mattresses stacked out in the “pool” area. The room stunk like mold.
