"Will never stay there again."

Location

Old and it smells, carpet and couch were grossly stained. Ran out of toilet paper, bed was all broken down absolutely no support. No way to block parking lot lights from shining into the room at night. It was like trying to sleep with a spot light on.

The room was in poor condition. Sink cracked, black stains on the carpet, fingerprints on the bathroom door, leftover food in the refrigerator. Staff at check in seemed uninterested in checking us in. Didn’t explain the $50 deposit until I asked why the bill was higher than I anticipated. Breakfast bagels were frozen and the apple juice was water. Overall disappointing.

Location and breakfast

No. Hot. Water in room 210. Leaky under sink. Room. 204. Had no showing curtain but water. Was. Hot. Room 233. One of. Bed had. Blood stain in sheets and no fresh towels no one from house keeping come. To change bedding or fresh towels the next day my son breaks out in rash after sleeping on. Stain sheets

"I only stayed briefly but staff was indifferent and room smelled. I could not use the shower due to handle falling off"

"Dirty, modly falling apart"

Location

The room was not what we reserved and was nasty. We were given a handicap room because it was "the last available" and I don't even know how handicap wheelchairs could even fit in there it was so small. Our bottom peep hold popped out so people could look in. (Took a video but cant upload as a review) We had to block it off. Black Mold and food in the vents, stained mattresses, mold in the shower, patched up walls and ceiling and the sink was about to fall out of the counter and the counter was barely secured to the wall. The hallways (didn't get to snap pics of) were nasty and the lights had mold. We refused to swim as it smelled to strong of chlorine which is a good sign of a dirty pool The only decent part was the bed was slightly comfortable and breakfast was a decent hotel breakfast. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again

Staff infrequently seen. No housekeeping for the 3 days we were there. Lots of truckers. Even have signs catering to truckers. Hotel seems old and in need of a major renovation

The bed sheets and the pillow was not in neat condition. Also, the water was going very slow on the bath tub.
