Location and price

Deadbolt on our door was missing. Hot water in shower was warm, not hot. Breakfast was sparse. Coffee was terrible.

Would be nice to if they had an alternative to carpet, maybe tile with a rug

Rooms are always clean and all the appliances worked as they should. .Plenty of towels and toiletries. Sheets and pillows clean and comfortable. My favorite place to stop in Chipley for the night or weekend. Very walkable to Walmart and Dollar Tree, my two favorite stores, and lots of places to eat also within walking distance. I love that when I stay somewhere so I can leave the car behind and get some exercise. Staff always nice and helpful with any questions.

The Front Desk attendant which also made the coffee (great job!) & set up the continental breakfast was extremely courteous & helpful. The property and rooms are very clean, bed & bedding are new & very comfortable, king room was surprisingly spacious. Bathroom was very clean but needs a refresh, toilet was loose from the base but otherwise it was the best spent $70. for a good night sleep along our roadtrip. It’s just off of the exit & 5 min from Falling Waters State Park. 9/10 in it’s category.

Hotel needs some work. More training and help is needed to get this place where it once was.

There was no hot water in my room. I found a comb in the bed in the sheets and blankets. Owner charged me extra to switch rooms because he tried to put me in a room that was basically in an alley hallway. Felt very unsafe with a 2 year old. Every thing was a $10 a day extra charge. Just a nasty room…

I loved the king size bed and the location. The room and bathroom had plenty of space.

The toilet ran off and on all night. The refrigerator did not get cold, but we just used our cooler with ice from the ice machine.

Location and clean

Nothing to complain about. It is an inexpensive stop along the road.
