I went to check in and they said I didn’t have a reservation. I should them my booking confirmation and they said I still had nothing in the system. I asked to get another room and they said they were all booked. I had to find another hotel at the last minute. I called Booking.com to get a refund and they rejected me saying the reservation wasn’t cancelled!! This was so wrong!!
