Older property! Pool not working mechanical problems! Room not ready at checkin time

Looks nice from the outside but it’s an property on the inside. Couldn’t connect to wi-if, pillows were awful, and I’m pretty sure there was a mouse wandering around at night. I heard squeaking sounds and rustles of the trash bag. Could also hear people and doors constantly, despite running a sound machine. Definitely wasn’t worth the expensive price per night.

Our stay was great. You should have microwaves in the rooms. Too far to walk to the lobby. This is important for people with dietary restrictions.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean room, good continental breakfast.

Air conditioner in room would not stay on had to keep getting up to turn it back on, most of the lights in the room did not work, shower didnt work, bed was awful, the floor would have been more comfortable than the cheap matress.

Clean, quiet, as expected

Hotel shut down the pool, ice machines, and water fountains during Covid. They have not opened them up again. Their excuse is maintenance issues? 4 years of maintenance issues? Room smelled like smoke. Air conditioner leaked and the carpet was wet, which also made the room smell musty. Mold outside the shower door. Carpets all over the hotel were very dirty. Have stayed often in the past, but never again. Expensive to boot!!
