Biohazards! Mold, human waste and just all around nasty. Staff is the worst I've come across yet. Asked for a refund and he lied saying he couldn't process it till 6am so I waited in my car. Went back and he refused to give me a full refund like he said he would. Yelled at me and threatened to check the cameras which I told him to do. He obviously wouldn't because he knew he lied. Never even offered a different room. I've been to seedy places cleaner than this place. Not at all clean. Don't be a lone female because staff thinks it's appropriate to hover and watch you when you put things into your room or leave. Literally just stands at the end of the hall watching you. It's really uncomfortable and creepy. The cleanliness is in the gutter. They don't clean the rooms at all and pretty much just remake the bed before letting another guest stay. Tiny pillows. Windows are not properly sealed and if you use the heat it will hurt people with more sensitive lungs. There was human waste left behind. Toilet and bathroom were never cleaned. Found a rag with #1 and #2 on it. Mold was all over the room. Air quality was extremely poor. I coughed up a little blood after trying to use the heat because the room was so cold. My birds had trouble breathing as well and if birds can't breathe in a place it should be condemned. Coal miners used birds to test if it was safe for them. If it's not safe for a bird to breathe then it's not safe for anyone. Worst experience I have ever had. Place is a hazard. There were nails and staples sticking out of places. Found ridiculous amounts of mold and human waste. It's a slum. Most good reviews are them and staff. Don't believe them. Save your money. Too expensive to offer such nasty conditions. Will be contacting the bbb, health inspectors and anyone I can because it's a hazard and health risk to stay there. Place needs to be shut down or taken over and fixed by someone who cares about basic cleanliness. Do not stay here. Any other place in the area would be better. The cheaper ones are cleaner than this.

My dad and I stay at this hotel every year and we absolutely love it! The rooms are always clean and their customer service is always top tier. We will be back again in 2026! Look forward to it! Thanks again LaQuinta!
