Comfortable, accessible and a pool. 20 minutes walk from the center of town. Ibis are a very consistent and cost effective hotel chain.

Hotel looking a bit tired. Small room and air conditioning not working, window only opened small amount meaning room was very warm at night, also with hotel opposite a busy road so bit noisy at night with window open. Hotel and room generally clean and liked the hotel location, useful car parking and free Wi-Fi. Competitively priced.

Nice hotel but nothing special. We were looking for a place to spend the night while road tripping across Andalusia. It was convenient to the highway, clean, and had a nice and filling breakfast. We were able to have dinner in Cadiz (a 15 minute drive) and were pleasantly surprised by the Alcazar of Jerez on our way out of town. There is not much to do around the hotel and we even had trouble finding someplace to buy bottled water after 10pm.

I booked the Ibis hotel as they are generally reliable and you know what to expect. That was true of our stay except for or restaurant experience. which is why I have give the service a low score. The service provided by staff at reception was excellent. We decided to eat at the hotel because the weather was bad. We chose what we wanted from the copy menu in the bedroom. However when we asked for our meals what we had chosen was not available and we were given some limited options. The only starter we could have was tomato and cheese. For the main my wife chose the chicken, I chose the fish (merluza). My wife's chicken turned out to be pork, some bits were warm some bits were cold, the mushroom sauce was cold as were the chips. My fish was cooked on the outside but raw in the middle, obviously cooked from frozen, the sauce was warm the chips were cold. All in all one of the worst meals I have ever been offered, we did not finish either meal. The waiter, did give us a Magnum each and a liqueur when we complained, but then had the nerve to charge us for the food. Carrefor is just over the road on the second night we ate there, there is a café and a cervezeria.

Typical Ibis, clean tidy and good value but a good walk in to town. Couldn't say the restaurant was a good experience. Being next to Carrefour is handy.

This was our first time in Spain so we don't have a lot to compare to. Staff were friendly and welcomed us with a glass of wine at check in.

We had no problems finding this Hotel, just on the outskirts of the town. Yes, this is a budget Hotel but we found the reception to be extremely helpful and accommodating and helped us with finding out about trains to Cadiz and ordered us taxis into town. Parking was free at the Hotel and we took taxis into town for 5 euros. They had a large reception with tv a bar and dining room on the other side. We had one evening meal at the restaurant which was quite basic. I would recommend it if you want a salad and a sandwich with some fries, wouldn’t recommend the pizza. Our room, whilst smaller than some hotels, was more than adequate and clean and comfortable, and the bathroom/shower was of a good size and worked very well. Internet worked well in the room. We stayed here for 4 days and would definitely recommend as a good base for exploring the area. We took the train into Cadiz which was very easily done and took about 30 mins to Cadiz, there was a lot of time schedules to enable you to get there and back at your convenience. Across the road from the Hotel within easy walking distance was a large supermarket that had two cafe bars inside where you could get breakfast or snacks and they had fuel at very reasonable prices. Would recommend this Hotel for convenience and budget price for 4 nights stay, but also for a friendly, pleasant place to stay.
