The front desk staff was so great, I was super stressed out about the shuttle cause it was the first time I used it and he was so great and helpful

the breakfast was all right. the bed was tolerable and the toilet flushed so that was good. the tv worked which was nice.

my room was right next to the pool, so I had to listen to a lot of annoying kids making a lot of noise until almost 10 p.m. when I was trying to sleep. that was not enjoyable. plus the walls were paper thin so I could hear a lot of noise outside of my room.

Our recent stay at the Clarion Inn was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to help make our event a complete success. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out. Anytime one of our guests needed something for their room or had an issue, the staff handled it quickly and professionally. It was clear that guest experience is a top priority for their entire team, and that level of service made a huge difference for us as event hosts. The rooms were gorgeous and you can really see the renovations starting to bring the property to life. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. The pool area and ballroom were absolutely perfect for our gathering and created an incredible atmosphere for everyone attending. We truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality and hard work from the entire team. We can’t wait to come back and stay again — and we’re already looking forward to hosting future events here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s close to the airport

If I would have known that the low room rate meant there was “NO HEAT” turned on during the closest time of year in Lobby and where your expected to eat free breakfast, with your coat, scarf, and gloves on- we would not have stayed there. The room is the only place the heat is on.

Bed was decent

Breakfast offerings minimal. Smoke detector started beeping and had to get someone to change the battery, no bottle of conditioner had to get that and tv had been disconnected had to get help with that as well. People in the hallways yelling at 330 in the morning and couldn't escape the smell of weed by the doors to get out of the building.

Location and staff was nice

Carpet looked awful, dirty, old. No ice! Curtain in room was odd, looked like a shower curtain.
