"Even though the pool was great will look at a different property next year"

The swimming pool was fantastic

Our air conditioner in the room didn’t cool the room and leaked all over the floor. My grandson’s backpack soaked up a lot of the water so it and all his clothes were soaked

There was a party and the music was really loud. The receptionist charge me for one night even when I told him that I had a reservation code already paid for that night. There are better options for the price I paid.

"Not the best deal for the money"

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The AC units were loud. We had a fridge, microwave and TV plugged into a power strip which I think is illegal. The biscuits and gravy were cold at breakfast. They did taste good once they were microwaved. Pool doesn't open until 10 AM.
