Nice location. Nice pools.

Tired hotel. Untasty breakfast. Unpleasant smell. Very small tv. Very old hairdryer. Won't come back. Buffet dinner in sister hotel Ax palace was a joke. Definitely not 5 stars.

Il cambio asciugamani non veniva effettuato nonostante avessimo posto gli asciugamani a terra come richiesto - assenza di yogurt senza lattosio, in un hotel 4 stelle non dovrebbe verificarsi

All staff very friendly and welcoming, super comfy bed, great breakfast and beautiful rooftop area with pools and sun loungers. Short walk to the waterfront and shops.
