"Incredible airport hotel. Amazing stay."

Great value for your money. The hotel beds are 11/10. Never before have I slept this well in an airport hotel. My sleep was so deep that I didn't even hear the airport noise. Location is unbeatable: It is literally within walking distance of the airport and La Plaza Mall. Rooms are huge. Breakfast is awesome. Staff is very friendly. Hotel has an airport shuttle that can fit around 10 people with a lot of luggage. Really great hotel overall. Do not think twice and book this hotel.

"Stay before catching early flight out next day"

Stayed for the night before for easy access to the airport due depart time at 5:25AM. It was a perfection choice! Hotel was a walking distance (even though the front desk clark dropped me off at 3:30AM because I had some luggages) and it was very convenience for my stay. Hotel was well maintained even it was built in 2001 and renovated in 2018. The room I stayed #121 was very roomy and well equiped with a nice size closet, fridge, microwave, and desk&chair, sitting area (one person). Bathroom amenity was well equipped. I saw some black spot in shower area but over all, it was a clean room. I will definately use this hotel when I visit McAllen and have to take another early flight out.

It was a great location across the street from airport and close to mall and restaurants. Very clean complimentary breakfast was really good and the staff very friendly! I will definitely stay here again when in town

"Average stay"

The hotel is close to the mall and the airport. We like the location. We didn't like that they didn´t refill the toilettries. We didn't like that the toilet stopped working during our stay.

Nos gusta mucho este hotel por su ubicación. Pero lamentablemente en esta ocasión el sanitario dejó de funcionar el segundo día de nuestra estancia. Lo reportamos en recepción, pero por ser de noche no tenían opción a enviar una persona a repararlo. Nos ofrecieron cambio de habitación, pero no tenían disponible una con acceso para personas con capacidades especiales.

El desayuno siempre estaba casi agotado. Podrían tener un horario más amplio o más variedad.
