It was dirty the workers were rude and didn’t want to do their job the doors were broken you had to close them hard for them to stay closed the light fixtures were dirty they didn’t clean the rooms good and had nasty attitudes and I actually caught the works talking about us saying it be your own people because my two year old Neice made a mistake and dropped some cereal in the elevator literally maybe 6 pieces

Location of hotel. Breakfast

Canceled a room on a family member due to being overbooked. So we had to stay separate. The pool area was crowded and people were rude. The layout of pool area is confusing as to what tables your able to use and not enough seating. Rooms were small. Our room was next to the entrance out back and constant in and out slamming doors and smell of smoke due to smokers standing outside of door.

When I was showering, the water wouldn’t go down so we were standing in water while showering. We complained to the front desk, they sent someone in to look at it after a few hours, by then the water had went down. They failed to run water in the tub to see if the issue persists, (we asked if they did)they also stated the manager said this would happen if the hotel was busy and multiple people were showering at the same time I informed them I do plumbing for a living and that is not true. They was not apoplectic at all, very disgusting to think this okay for quests. I’ve attached a picture so you can see, and you can see the ring in the tub that this was going on for sometime..
