"Service de ménage inexistant et information trompeuse"

Deux nuits passées dans cet hôtel sans que la chambre soit faite une seule fois. Si l’établissement applique une politique de ménage tous les deux jours, cela devrait être clairement précisé sur Booking.com avant la réservation. Faire passer cela pour une démarche écologique est assez limite, surtout quand cela se traduit simplement par une réduction du service proposé aux clients.

L’emplacement près du RER le personnel très gentil et le parking fermé pour la voiture

Si vous restez plusieurs nuits le ménage n’est fait que tous les deux jours et comme nous n’étions pas prévenus il a fallu réclamer du papier toilette et des serviettes. Salles de bain et toilettes très exiguës. L’hôtel mériterait d’être refait à neuf car vieillissant. Surprenant pour un hôtel Mercure.

Déçue par l'application des "taxes de séjour" par jour! Par personne!!! Et le parking payant 8,euro par jour , je trouve de ça fait trop cher pour les prestations proposées. Il serait opportun de signaler lors d'une réservation le prix des taxes applicables. Le tarifs du parking. Louer deux jours donc a minima faire une réduction sur la taxes et le parking. De plus l, je loue une chambre double donc le prix par personnes est exagéré. Dommage , ce n'est pas un deux Étoiles , a ce prix là j'irai dans un autre hôtel.malgres tous personnel sympa Ps. Enlever la moquette, niveau hygiène en 2026 c'est moyen .

Lire ce que j'ai aimé ...j'ai inversé ... Personnel sympa Mais remettre au goût du jour les chambres, la moquette est propre en surface mais cela reste un nid a acariens. Ps frigo en panne . Et je répète...taxes abusive ...par jour ...par personnes . .le parking . Quand les clients prennent plus de nuit un geste commercial c'est tjr plaisant.

"Un hôtel rétro"

Le personnel de l’hôtel

Très sincèrement, l’hôtel est resté dans les années fin 90. Les photos sont trompeuses, le parking souterrain est cloque. Les chambres sont poussiéreuses et sentent l’enfermé, le lit pas confortable, une baignoire dans la salle de bain, une télé sans câble HDMI. Je m’attendais à un vrai 4 étoile et j’ai été assez déçu. Le personnel est très agréable par contre. L’hôtel a clairement besoin d’être aménagé car il n’est clairement pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles mercure
