Good location, great price - especially compared to other area hotels, a little dated but clean, no shadiness on or around the property

Friendly staff. Need an elevator to all floors for handicapped

Too far from downtown from me because I was hiking and I did not have a car. I had to walk 3 miles up a mountain to get there. Because it is impossible to get an Uber in this town.

Checking in front desk lady never spoke. Went to three different rooms first room was dirty, second room was smoky (cigarettes) third room remotes did not work the Tv and had a mildew spell

Rooms were very clean, breakfast was great.

The location was nice, the hotel was nice. Due to this being a old location, they tried the best to keep it up-to-date. The room was an old room however it was very much clean and kept well.

The bed was extremely hard, my neck and back hurt. My daughter slept on her bed and her back hurt as well. I’ve never slept on a bed that had me feeling like I slept on rocks. I did not get much sleep at all due to tossing and turning could not find comfortability because the bed was too hard. While checking into the hotel, the young lady at the front desk seem as if she did not want to be at work. She told us our room was located at entrance C when in reality we were located at entrance D when you get out of the car with all your luggage walking up and down the hallway, trying to find your room just to realize you in the wrong entrance was a big much
