Hampton Inn Mitchell

I loved the individual care we received at the front desk. It made our stay very enjoyable.

The reservation was made under one name and the room was paid for by another person. They refused to provide a receipt with the name of the person who paid. He cannot be reimbursed without a receipt with his name. Extremely poor customer service.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

As usual, very accommodating to our family of 4 and our two boston terriers. In fact, the entire staff made such a fuss of our dogs, offering treats and rubs, our very nervous dogs were completely comfortable.

Nice place to stay.

Great rooms. Clean. Very comfortable. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast bar tasty.

Beds were horrible. And were charged for a room that we didn't even have.

Quick trip, hotel was nice and clean with friendly service.
