Location was nice and the front desk staff was very friendly

The lobby and common areas are very worn and dated and could use a refresh. A bit the same for the rooms. We were there for a birthday and wanted to take photos but did not end up taking any at the hotel

The hotel is fine - it's in an excellent location, it is clean, the pool is small and a bit tired looking but it was also clean and the towels were stocked. The restaurant was attractive looking, with a nice menu, and the meals we had were good.

There's nothing wrong with the hotel, but be aware that you're paying for the location - just a block up from the waterfront. We've stayed at many hotels in Canada and internationally and I found this one to be very average. In a different location, holding everything else equal, I would expect to pay quite a bit less. I've also stayed in another hotel in the waterfront area recently, in a similar price range, and it looked/felt much more luxurious.

Location and professional employees

Listing states a hot tub but there is no longer a hot tub on site.

It was located in downtown and everything was walking distance to the property. The staff were very nice they let me check in early and check out late. Everything was perfect!

Great service. Offered to switch my room to give better wheelchair accessibility.

Wheelchair accessible was on a room with king size bed.
