Best Western Plus Pavilions

This was our first stay at this property and it was great for us! Let me start with all the staff were very accommodating, kind, and nice. I loved that they were able to help with all of our needs. Not just in person, but also over the phone. When I called to inquire after first booking, they picked up right away and were able to answer questions and any concerns I had in that moment. Their guest service was spot on! The distance to Disneyland was good for me and my family it wasn't too far of a walk, even after walking all day it was about a 15-20 minute walk, which really wasn't bad. We did have some last minute stuff we had forgotten, luckily there was convenience store around the corner which helped out. On top of that, on property, there was a mini convenience area in the check-in area which did help for a quick snack, there was a coffee machine with a hot chocolate option and a good tea selection. The room was very nice, a little dim with lighting, beds were comfy, the mini fridge worked great, along with the AC. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were awesome. The pool was clean and fun to swim in and I loved that there were bathrooms at pool area to change into. Which helped with our little one. The hot tub was nice and relaxing too. The grab and go breakfast was helpful for our trip, on top of having the breakfast vouchers at Denny's, it helped keep us going. The drinks machines were good to grab some sodas before heading to the park. Also loved the locations of the ice machines. The parking was good too, we were able to park right next to our room which helped with peace of mind. The cost compared to the other properties for parking per day was very nice too. Overall we would definitely come back and stay at this property again for our next big family trip to Disneyland. Thank you again to the staff for helping make our experience that much more better!

The room could be a bit brighter, and the TV had a little issue at first but we it got fixed right away. :)

The manager at this property was extremely unprofessional. I called with questions about my stay and an issue with my rewards balance not being updated correctly. During the conversation, he became agitated, raised his voice, and began yelling. When I asked to speak with a manager, he stated that he was the manager and then hung up on me. I attempted to call back and he answered and immediately hung up on me. Throughout the interaction, I remained calm and simply sought a resolution. Unfortunately, his behavior fell far short of basic professional standards. It’s clear that additional training in customer service, communication, and emotional intelligence is needed. There also appears to be a lack of proper training among the front desk staff, as I was given inconsistent or incorrect information. What initially started as a positive stay was ultimately overshadowed by this experience with management. As a result, I will not be returning

Excellent location. Clean and tidy room. Lovely free breakfast at Denny’s included.

The fact that breakfast was actually in a Denny's restaurant. Very good and convenient.

There was no complaints whatsoever from myself or any family member.
