posizione ottima per girare a San Francisco. Doccia e letto più che sufficienti.

Ho prenotato l'albergo anche per la colazione inclusa ma ho scoperto, pur avendo pagato per averla tra i servizi, che non era compresa a partire dal 1 gennaio, come ci è stato detto alla reception. Mi piacerebbe capire se posso chiedere un rimborso anche perchè una colazione a San Francisco costa circa 20 dollari a persona, quindi per tre è presto fatto il conto.

The staff was very nice. The location was great, you can walk or take the bus to other parts of the city (the bus stop is in the same street). We had oat in the morning and free parking.

The room looks a bit old, some stuff were not the cleanest, but for a few nights that was alright.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. I will choose them again.

There was only maybe 15 parking spots for the entire hotel.

В принципе было нормально .

Шатался унитаз, В номере было чисто но душевая кабина была не в лучшем состоянии , мужу пришлось стелить полотенце под ноги что бы можно было стать на пол

The climate control did not work in the room, it was dirty there was grapes in the sink which was weird, and the cleaning lady kept knocking on the door early I told her in Spanish that I was checking out by 11 but she kept knocking I WAS TRYING TO SLEEP!
