Horrible!! Perdida de dinero y tiempo pague una estadía completa sin hacer uso de la habitación debido a cuarto inundado por aguas negras mal olor y aun asi pretendian que me quedara alli con cuarto sucio mesas sillas microondas en mal estado tan pronto hice check in comente al front Desk sobre el problema en fin cobraron la estadía completa sin devolución habitación frente al mar me dieron habitación frente a la piscina q igual estaba sucia con borde de hongo qué desastre de experiencia pensando que gozarás de tu estancia y vives una pesadilla me quedé fuera y ni siquiera les importó resolver y sin devolución de dinero como te cobran y pagas por algo q no usaste por culpa de la mala limpieza y desorganizado aguas negras en tu cuarto con mal olor por mas q le dije en front desk y le pregunte te quedarías en un cuarto sucio y con aguas negras en el baño la alfombra por todos lados olia mal No resolvieron no sirve

Horrible!!! No gasten dinero ni tiempo las fotos que se ven aquí en el portal son un engaño el hotel esta sucio viejo con aguas negras cucarachas mesas rotas y el front desk para nada professional ni amable jamás ❌️

Habían chiripas en la habitación, me llamaron del hotel a las 2:00 pm que diera mis datos de la tarjeta antes sino que iba a perder la reserva. Cuando la reserva decía pagar en el alojamiento, la persona que me llamó no fue nada amable

It was on the beach. They supply breakfast

The pool was dirty there was slimy stuff around the rim. The room was dirty especially the curtains. There was roaches. The microwave was dented. Room smelled of mold and the bathroom door had a significant amount of water damage pieces of the door was coming out from the bottom. They will not give you extra anything and they do not have cots, extra pillows, not even if you will pay extra for it. Linen even if dirty extra is not given. And the attitude the greeter has is not a good one. That is even when you are being pleasant. I do not have pictures of the roaches but I promise you they are there.

How convenient it was to the beach

Bed was very uncomfortable, you can hear the noise outside all night. Bathroom door was uneven made it hard to close door
