Quality Inn Daytona Beach Oceanfront

The location is great… but there is better places nearby.

I have TWO pending charges on my credit card that weren’t approved & seems to be scammy. For a family of four to take a quick vacation together, we feel like we made a mistake using this company in general. Especially in this economy. It’s sad. I could have used the money they’re taking from credit card at the surrounding hotels.

Bathroom fan so loud you could hear it from down the hall. Just a ghetto hotel in general.

I liked the fact we had a balcony with an ocean view. It was amazing and beautiful sunrise and sunset.

I did not like the fact of the amount of money I spent for a mudded up dirty room. The "baseboards" which were carpet was falling of the walls throughout the wntire room. my kids kept hurting themselves if the walked to close to the wall it would scratch them. Opon check in the guy was supposed tp extend check out for mine and my daughters room but he only did mine and when house keeping came by they told her no her check out is not so she went to the office and the lady was very rude and disrespectful and stated of she wanted the exta hour she had to pay $20 when it was supposed to be already done! Then I went to the office later that night after getting settled in and explained to the lights in the lamps on the nightstand in where the king bed is weren't working, he said he would have matinance come in the morning because no one was to at the moment to fix it and change the bulbs out.. The next morning 4/12/26 house keeping was on our floor cleaning up rooms about 10:30am so when a lady came by as we were heading out for the day to go enjoy Daytona Lagoon, I asked them if they could please just take all the dirty towels I placed in the corner by the door for them and replace with new ones no need to clean up or anything, the kids and I will take care of that. Upon returning later that evening after the water park about 7:45 pm the dirty towels were still there and no matinance came to fix the lamps so I went back down to the office brought all the dirty towels explained to him the situation and that matinance never came, and about the lady being disrespectful to my daughter and trying to charge her $20 for something he was supposed to do and didn't. He stated he would talk to her that it shouldn't have been an issue and she should've extended it for with no problem.
