The property did not have my prepaid bookings reservation on file so I had to pay twice. I was given keys to two dirty rooms (see photos below of room #2). The third room didn’t have a working thermostat, the toilet didn’t flush, and the sink was clogged.

Let me just say, this score has nothing to do with the service I received from Staff. The ladies were so kind and helpful! You have a great staff! Now, get the hotel up to par and it may bring your ratings up. Pool was supposedly under maintenance. I happened to choose this hotel for the pool :( The right side elevator was not useable. All guests had to wait on one elevator and avoid the break a leg construction in the hotel itself. The room was okay but the bathroom on the other hand looked ancient and the dirt in the corners was not so great. Again, THIS STAFF WAS AMAZING and the breakfast bar was top notch!! the hotel overall was excellent (check-in, breakfast, the staff was great) we got the suite and the living room area did not have heat working (the bedroom was fine)

I didn't experience anything that I "didn't like." The stay was nice and comfortable.

The property and staff were great. Got woke up at 1:00 am with an alarm, that turned out to be a false alarm from someone smoking in the bathroom. The individuale responsible was identified and no actions were taken, In my opinion that individuale should have been prosecuted.

Breakfast was ok. Location and parking was disliked

Great location, comfortable bed, pool but no hot tub. Downtown is a ghost-town, no shopping & not too many choices for food. Hotel provided breakfast, very good! No ubers or taxis around the area.
