A_C was not the best No comfortable pillows after requesting more very flat

We recently stayed at this Location for numerous days, upon checking in , Employees were professional, upon arriving in a non smoking room , the room smelled like cigarettes, upon speaking with front desk they rectified the problem smoothly. The in house bar and restaurant was nice , food was tasty, employees were professional. The only problem I had was every night thr hotel had a function, wedding, prom, birthday party, thr guest would be extremely loud in halls waking us up every night between 1230 and 1 am . Overall get location for meeting up with family and friends, plenty of parking, stores within driving distance.

Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Staten Island to visit family and host an 80th birthday dinner for my husband. The level of attention and service afforded to us by the owners and the entire staff was unmatched in our experience. The owners were present at the venue the entire weekend and made us feel like we were being welcomed into their home. They showed us around the venue, greeted us personally when we arrived for the dinner and added special touches. Although the hotel was full and all event venues booked, staff in restaurant, bar and front desk always recognized us and provided the highest level of service and hospitality. Hilton Garden Inn Staten Island turned out to be the perfect place to stay and entertain family and friends during our stay.

The owners are there to greet you each day to make sure your stay is amazing. The food at Lorenzo’s and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The property had so many areas to walk to a look at art and beautiful garden flowers.

The room was perfect for our needs. The hotel itself was nicely decorated.
