Breakfast was amazing and staff were amazing

It was loud. The room above us woke us up at 3:00am. Stomping on the floor back n forth non stop. Didn’t quiet down until 5:30 am. We ended up just getting up and checking out exhausted. I complained to front desk and she said she was sorry and gave me extra points. I will not be staying at a holiday inn again for a while. Bathroom was dirty and run down. There was so much dirt and dust behind the table between beds it grossed us out. We had to unplug a plug in on wall behind bed table because it gave my daughter a migraine.

It was nice and clean, close to our destination.

The value was absolutely horrible due to the ridiculously high cost “Booking.com” charged. Conversation with hotel staff was great, they advised to contact the hotel directly, as this website charged $100 more for a one night stay than what the hotel itself would have charged. My family will NEVER use this website again, nor will I ever recommend this site!
