Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Canton by IHG

It’s an older hotel but it’s been kept up. Breakfast was wonderful!! Staff were fantastic!! Pool and hot tub were just what we needed to finish our wonderful day!

Stayed here multiple times and have never had any concerns. The staff is very friendly and know what they were doing. I had a concern that was immediately resolved. While it is not a 5-star hotel, it is great for families looking for a safe, clean and friendly atmosphere to bring their kids along. Will definitely return here in the future.

This property was clean, safe and great for a staycation. It was in about five to 12 minutes driving distance to restaurants and shopping.

Dirty, outdated, our room was very smelly and the AC hardly worked.

The IHG in Canton was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were in good condition. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to the airport and The Ford.

Stayed 3 nights with my wife and 2 teen daughters for a softball tournament close by. This isn’t my favorite HIE location. Check-in was a breeze and was early. The location is great right off the Interstate, near food options, and no more than 10 minutes from the Canton Sports Complex. There are parts of the hotel that seem dated, although clean. Had housekeeping the first night and then none after. Had to ask for towels and the trash was overflowing by the time we left. Multiple teams staying so the pool area was busy and loud as expected. Many kids not supervised so we didn’t use the pool as often as we wanted due to behavior issues. Signs were also posted about 10p-8a quiet hours being enforced. We never called but kids running and yelling up and down the hallways well past 11pm. Beds weren’t the greatest but realize that is a personal preference for each person. I prefer almost rock hard, and you may like to sink right in. Employees and great, especially the breakfast attendant. Breakfast was well stocked, ready on time, and hot. Offerings are generally the same at all HIE locations. Milk, coffee, and juice. Pancakes, omelets or scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey or pork sausage, oatmeal, cereal, a few fruits, cinnamon rolls, bagels, muffins. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars and went with 4 because I would stay here again.
