"Oroville hotels kinda smell like the city looks"

Room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfy. Good water pressure in the shower.

Room smelled like cigarettes and tweakers were roaming the parking lot with little kids bikes and seemed to be friends with the receptionist but that might just be Oroville for you
