Персонал был отличный, знающий свою работу!!

Отель старый и больше похож на больницу чем гостиницу! К сожалению я бы посоветовал не заселяться в такие старые не комфортные номера. Туалет ужасен, ванная как в больнице и нет места, дверь пластиковая а плитка годов 1970 белая как в госпиталях. Ковер местами рваный красный, старье кое стыдно должно быть, а кондиционер? Это надо видеть настенные внизу, такие кондиционеры выжили уже 15 лет назад - стыдно. Кровати неудобные и скрипят!! Мне доводилось останавливаться в филиалах этой гостиницы в Праге и уровень отличается, в Праге она отличная в Бухаресте - издевательство над клиентом. Еда - ничего особенного !! Мы много путешествуем и только в этой поездке по Румынии 3 недельной мы побывали в 5 - 6 гостиницах и впечатления не совсем радушные. Хотите хорошую гостиницу - Ibis!! Вот мой совет!!
