Air conditioner inside room noisy. Overall everything okay.

Friendly staff, quiet, hotel location, and parking .

I wish each room had a kitchen .

Welcoming, comfortable beds and hot shower. Coffee excellent and love the waffles!

The breakfast it was bad. I don’t like it at all.

The safety deposit was waivered because we're Best Western members. The front desk manager was friendly too.

The room was old, unfresh, needs a lot of maintenance or better a full remodel. There was duct tape on the walls holding the trims together, the shower is old, with stains of paint in it nothing in the room was working except the hair dryer and phone. Hugely overpriced for such an old and uncomfortable hotel.

This was an older property. Motel style with outside doors to the room. Room was clean. No one present during checkout. Continental breakfast was more limited than most but still doable.

Too dirty

The lady at the front desk, Christina, was very helpful when I asked her to please switch my room because the first they assigned me smelled like urine. It was obvious that someone had peed on the carpet and they did not clean it well. The whole place smelled. I think that was room 116. Then they moved me to room 222 and that one also smelled strongly of a urine.
