"Clean rooms, good service. Hot tub and breakfast huge let downs."

Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in shower was great. Staff we delt with was polite. Room was clean.

"Breakfast" left a lot to be desired. Hot tub was more like a luke warm bath. Rooms are very small. We stayed for 4 nights, we only saw staff at front desk a total of 3 times throughout our stay, and we left and came back a minimum of 3 times each day. Laundry room does not have a door on it, it happened to be across the hall from our room. Someone decided to do laundry at 2am and woke us up.

Location was ok, good coffee, continental breakfast was ok, very clean, very quiet

Room was small...1 queen bed but couldn't walk around, no coffee or water available until breakfast room was unIocked...it is cold all day in northern states, hard to find staff for questions

"Overpriced with poor quality"

Room smelled like someone had smoked in it. Small room. No sitting chair except for desk. Limited selection for breakfast. Price was higher than the three previous hotels that were much nicer. People with loud voices in hallways and adjacent room after midnight. Will not stay here again.
