Everything convenient and clean

Noises from 2nd floor ( people walking ) and hearing a woman in her conversation most of the night while on her phone. Couldn't tell if she was in her room or the hallway. Most annoying! The service overal was excellent and the staff were very professional & courteous. Enjoyed thebreakfast. One of the best we've ever had. Would recommend this place highly.

The only problem was a dumpster sitting out front.

Not much

The smell, the humidity in the rooms-all of our clothes were wet, the carpet gave me vertigo, there was mold in the shower and the ceiling had water damage. The flooring on the 2nd floor near the elevator felt like it was going to fall through.

Somewhat unfriendly check-in reception (aggravated I didn't book directly from their site and instead through my credit card company). Employees feed feral cats at back door, watch your step entering/exiting or if you bring a pet with you. Cockroach found in shower and one in my bedding linen which was unsettling to sleep. Front desk seemed unbothered when I shared feedback upon exit, recommending exterminator. I would not stay here again.
