Disappointed that we could not book a uber (paid by Four Point hotel) from SFO to hotel. As a foreigner, it is costly for us to make a call to hotel to arrange (as Skype is no longer in service). In fact, I call at SFO but was told no shuttle bus service to hotel. I was not advised by hotel staff that they can book a Unber service for us and we juts need to wait at SFO.

Staff is amazing. True hospitality. Bed is so comfy! Super hot shower. So clean! Amazing sheets. Great to watch TV in bed! Lots of restaurants nearby on Grand Ave. Cant
