I’ve been coming back to Avani Pattaya Resort every year now, and has become one of my favorite traditions. The second I walk in, it never feels like just another hotel check-in. It feels like coming home. The location is perfect. You’re right in the middle of Pattaya, but once you’re inside the resort, it’s calm and peaceful, like your own little oasis away from all the buzz outside. What I love most, though, are the people. After so many visits, the staff genuinely feel like family. They remember me, welcome me back with real smiles, and it just makes the whole stay feel special. Art at the pool always has a warm welcome and takes care of everything with a smile, and Jazlyn and Natty at the front desk are amazing. They always goes the extra mile to sort things out and make sure everything runs smoothly and go out of their way to come over and say hello and ask how your trip is going when they see you. Andrea, the Director of Food & Beverage, really knows how to run things - the buffet breakfast, the pool bar menu, and Dicey Reilly’s all have delicious, creative menus. I always enjoy chatting with him and sharing my pizza photos and shop talk about pizza dough. Mr. Mhee runs a tight ship managing the reservations and guests. He’s always on top of everything and makes sure things run perfectly. And there are so many others behind the scenes who add to that warm feeling. It’s pretty rare to find a place that gets the balance right: great location, relaxed, quiet atmosphere, and people who make you feel like they care. Coming back to Avani each time is honestly, the highlight of my year.
