It was great. The staff was friendly and so helpful! Especially the staff working the evening of March 29th. They let us gather in the lobby, arranged chairs and gathered things like ice and cups for us. Very impressed. The room was quiet, and the bed was so comfy! And thank you for having hot tea! Thank you.

Hotel was grubby and had an odd musty smell, parking is a public lot that is relatively expensive. Furniture in the room was worn and was probably the source of the smell in the room. Some of the lights were non functional. Really glad I was only staying for one night.

I parked in the garage and did not get a ticket to get in due to the printer being out of paper. So the attendant let me in the garage without a receipt. I had to get the car out to get something within 10 minutes of checking in and I was not able because I needed a receipt. The hotel charged me $25 to get out with a parking pass while the garage charges $16. The parking shoule be complementary and it’s a total sham to charge for parking.

The staff made everything so easy and the room was very clean. No problem at all. Would definitely stay there again.
