Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Louisville South, KY

The building seemed kind of run down. The weather stripping in my room was only partially in and the rest was just hanging out the window into the room. The TV was smaller than what I am used to seeing these days in hotels. Breakfast was kind of sparse for choices in comparison to other locations

We have stayed here many times. Will again! We were given axsuite. The shower was wonderful! Kaitlyn the gal at the desk was great! Professional, informative, and a great smile on her face even though it was at the end of a long shift for her!

Very easy access from I-65, and has a number of dining choices all in the same area. We had a King suite and it was very nice. Beds are comfortable and clean, and room is well appointed. Staff were all very friendly and professional as well. Highly recommend.

when my wife and i checked in immediately the front desk guy was very rude, not friendly to their customers who paid $400 for 2 nights. and it was only supposed to be $200 but we got double charged! so we couldn’t do any extra things since they took my funds. ruined plans with our friends and family that we traveled to see. 48 hours later i’m still waiting for the issue to be resolved. we got walked in on by the staff (not their fault it’s the front desk fault for not communicating we checked in). the pool is not heated so it was a very cold swim. we got accused of “smoking”. i found 2 ticks on me. the patio furniture was cheaply painted we had paint on our clothes. we had quiet a few gnats in our room. my wife asked for a straw and the front desk guys were rude to her. we found a piece of toilet paper stuck in the eye peep hole for the door and we didn’t put that there. so i’m assuming the people that stayed before us didn’t feel safe there as well. we didn’t feel welcomed the whole stay at all. it was supposed to be a relaxing getaway and have fun with our friends and family but between booking.com and this hotel, it was hell and stressful. the only nice thing about this hotel is the cleaning staff, they were all sweet and had smiles on their faces. i’m never using booking.com or going to that hotel again

The property was outdated and run down. The paint in the bathroom was so bad it was literally falling off the walls. The maid rumaged through my bag as if i wouldnt notice. Do Not stay here.

Toilet did not have handle attached to flush. Stood in ankle deep water as I showered. Told desk help. Said thanks and moved on. 😟
