The location was convenient next to a metro station. A front desk officer, Josie Jing, was super helpful and welcoming!

Breakfast was enjoyable overall with a lot of options. But a chef at the egg station was quite off-putting: he appeared visibly frustrated and grumpy, making me hesitant to ask for what I wanted. However, I was very happy to see him shortly replaced by a much friendlier staff member.

"Gutes Restaurant, aber die Unterkunft selbst hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt."

Leider hat die Unterkunft bei mir keinen besonders positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Es gab kaum einen Aspekt, der für mich hervorzuheben oder besonders lobenswert gewesen wäre. Positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist jedoch das Restaurant, das wir bei unserer Ankunft zum Abendessen besucht haben. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Ambiente einzigartig. Dies war für mich der einzige wirklich positive Eindruck während meines Aufenthalts.

Das Zimmer wirkte abgewohnt und entsprach nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Zudem roch es bei unserer Ankunft trotz Rauchverbots deutlich nach Zigarettenrauch. Zwar wurde uns nach der Reklamation ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, jedoch fiel auch in den Toiletten im Eingangsbereich regelmäßig starker Rauchgeruch auf. Insgesamt war die Einhaltung des Rauchverbots im Hotel aus meiner Sicht unzureichend.

"Beautiful hotel"

The hotel was beautiful customer care was really good. The breakfast hall was stunning and the choice great. Excellent facility. Despite a few drawbacks we remained satisfied with the hotel.

We got an unpleasant surprise by the suite we booked - it was supposed to have two separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room. One “bedroom” was a transitionary room straight for the entrance- this is not well reflected in the advertisement. As we were 4 adults and this offered no privacy we had to change to 2 individual rooms (which was not easy). The location for this hotel was score very high, but we did not find it a very convenient location as it was not walkable to the centre so we always had to take a taxi (was not our initial plan).

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything I needed. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Отличный отель. Атриум кафе для завтраков - отдельный вид удовольствия для эстетов. Персонал прекрасно владеет английским языком все вопросы решались максимально оперативно и дружелюбно. Все чисто, полный набор разовых/мыльных/банных принадлежностей. Очень интересная планировка номера. Расположение идеальное - метро рядом. Wifi не особо "тянет", но при наличии еsim это не принципиально. Система доступа на этажи для гостей - плюс к безопасности! Оставила отель в закладках, если буду еще в Пекине, выберу только его и всем рекомендую!
