We really liked this hotel. It was clean and nice, and its location was convenient. It was also quiet, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was good and varied somewhat day to day, and the staff was on top of making sure everything was hot, fresh, and well stocked. We would stay here again.

We had a hostess named Tiara she was AMAZING! Anything you needed she was on it. What a great asset to this hotel! We have stayed in many Hilton brand hotels but she is the best by far!

The hotel is great. The breakfast is provided free every morning with a variety of food to make anyone happy. Tiara makes it special for all guests and greets you with a smile. Thank you Tiara!!

My family and I stayed there for 8 nights and only received room service ONE TIME, without having to call down to the front desk. Within the first 10 minutes of settling into our room, we found a dirty diaper behind the door in the room, killed a roach, spider, and a centipede (that came from behind the floor trim in the restroom). The trash can in the back of the building rarely gets changed and is full of dog feces from people who are kind enough to clean up after their pup. The hotel staff comes inside during breakfast and goes straight to the food without ever washing their hands (which completely grossed out many of those who witnessed it). Not to mention the hand sanitizing stations are all empty throughout the grounds. The only people who went over and beyond to accommodate us was two ladies by the name of KESHA & SALLY. Initially, a gentleman by the name of Jose was extremely helpful at hearing our concerns and working to fix it, however, he asked my husband & I if we wanted points back or half off one day, then failed to follow through with it. When we reached out to have the credit rendered, he magically developed amnesia and said that conversation never took place (although it should be on camera at the front desk on Saturday, 7/19/25 around 7:15 a.m.). Needless to say, he gave 20% off versus the 50% he originally offered. We were extremely disappointed with the sassy passive aggressive attitude given, quality of care and cleanliness of this hotel. We've stayed with this chain countless times and have never witnessed such poor care.

My family of 8 visited Tallahassee for a 5-day stay, and we had a wonderful experience. Tiara was fantastic in the kitchen her hospitality and breakfast were a highlight of our trip. Byron was also great a well-rounded team member who handled maintenance and lent a hand in the kitchen whenever needed. Their hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.

Our ball team stayed here and was the best experience ever and my wife and I travel alot. This should be the training facility. Jessica, Sally,Kesha,Tiara,Byron, Charlotte, Franchessica and Ashley the General Manager are awesome. They all made us feel like apart of the family

Easy to check in, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Tierra was the cook for our first breakfast there. Loved the options. Oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, juice, fruit, waffle maker. I especially loved the potatoes with peppers. The hotel is close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Our room was very comfortable. Liked digital check-in. Breakfast was delicious, and Tiara, who was managing that, was very welcoming, hard working, and anticipating the needs of guests. Loved the warm cookies in the afternoon. I look forward to staying here again.
