"Great stay only set back was the breakfast offerings"

Breakfast left much to be desired. Eggs tasted terrible sausage was also not good. Went to another place to eat considering it wasn't good. Please offer a better breakfast it will not take much effort!

"Extremely poor customer service for Choice members"

I made a reservation and then my business trip was cancelled within a couple of hours of me making the reservation. I called customer service and was unable to get a refund. I know I booked a "non-refundable" so it's my fault that I didn't pay attention at the time as I've not run into this with any other hotel conglomerate in the past. I've never been unable to cancel with a refund within a couple hours of making a reservation. I have been a Choice member for many years but any Choice hotel will be my very last option in the future if they are unwilling to make any exceptions for customers who make a mistake when making a reservation.

"Clean facility that is conveniently located by airport with no air traffic noise."

Perfect location to the airport. Room, linens and bath towels were clean and stocked with shampoo/conditioner and soap. Front desk staff was very understanding and accommodating when we returned to the hotel for a nap after a canceled flight.

Be aware there is a pool which brings wet, loud kids in the elevators and hallways.
