"Hot breakfasts are back!"

Decent modern hotel that has now added hot breakfast - sausage and eggs one day, bacon and hash browns on our second morning. No real problems here but it would be good for the pool to be better managed. Screaming kids running and diving and then leaving a trail of water to the elevator is not good.

Friendly staff, especially the Filipino guy in the desk on Friday night 10-11PM. He is alone there but greeted us with a smile.

No food service in late night cravings.

Easy to find from Albert St

Pool was closed for renovations so kids were disappointed. But were offered vouchers to the pool at the rec center. Guest laundry services were also out of order. Loud people yelling/talking loudly and running up and down the hallway around 3am.

"We will most likely stay there again!"

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing! The wake up call was very much appreciated by my son. The cab ride to the airport unfortunately was not. Driver was psycho! The staff was great and very helpful. Thank you!
