Residence Inn by Marriott Springdale

Our stay and rooms were fine, however, we booked through hotels.com and there were problems we needed to address. We booked 3 rooms with king beds and 2 of the rooms did not have king beds. Also we paid $1,235.31 when we booked the rooms and our receipts from the hotel were $955.68 so we are trying to find out why the difference. The hotel was fine, our booking not so much. You are trying to get ahold of the hotel to resolve, so, we will see.

Failure to remove pictures off booking site that imply they have a pool that has been closed for a couple years now

Good place

Pool is closed indefinitely. Aside from that, we were very pleased with our stay. Rooms were clean, and fhey had the 2 bedroom, 2 gull bathroom suite options.

Water stains everywhere in room, bathtub took over an hour to drain after shower, one remote for three TVs, breakfast was lacking, coffee was worse.

There were homeless people everywhere. Bad area!

Great property. Clean, helpful staff. Dog friendly. Would have been happier if Dog fee was less than $75.
